Robert has been employed in the health and human services sector for over 46 years, and prior to his appointment as CEO in 2000, held a broad range of senior positions in both Qld and NSW. He holds tertiary qualifications in Hospital Administration and Commerce (Management).

State IT Manager
Sam was employed as the State IT Manager for Masonic Care Queensland in 2006 and has been involved in the ICT Industry for 32 years. He is experienced in communications engineering, network strategy development, strategic and business planning, information systems development, and information technology management.

State Marketing Manager
Karen has worked in a number of marketing and sales management roles throughout her 18 year career in various industries including financial services, health insurance and aged care. She has worked in the aged care and retirement living sector for a number of years and joined Masonic Care Queensland as the State Marketing Manager in November 2010.

Regional Manager
Coralie’s career has spanned roles as an advocate, educator, academic and senior executive within the aged and retirement industries and with the provision of social support services. She has extensive experience in residential aged care from both the clinical and management perspectives and has worked in the not for profit, private and university sectors.

State Finance Manager
Clayton's Accountancy career spans 31 years where he has gained experience in a number of organisations before being employed as an Accountant for Masonic Care Queensland in 1993. In 2003 Clayton was appointed to the position of State Finance Manager.

State Building Projects Manager
John, initially trained as a scientific instrument maker and repairer, has over 20 years experience in Building Project Management and associated roles in the aged care industry. He has also been an active member of Aged Care Queensland’s Property & Development (formerly Architectural) Committee since 1998.

Human Resources Manager
Grant has had 28 years HR experience across the public and private sectors including Department of the Senate, Australian National Training Authority and National Library of Australia. Grant also has extensive experience in the areas of human resource and industrial relations management.

Regional Manager
Joyce has worked in aged and community care services for over 27 years, having held senior executive management positions. She has worked for Masonic Care Queensland as Regional Manager for Central and Southern Region for 10 years. She has also been an active member of Aged and Community Care Peak Industry Committees.
